We provide a dedicated IT Technician & Account Manager for all of our support customers, which means that you can speak to the same person every time you get in touch with us.

We all know that there is nothing more stressful than been passed around various people in call centres when all you want to do is get your problems sorted out! Every customer that signs up with us is given both a dedicated IT technician and a dedicated account manager.

Your dedicated IT technician will manage your support calls & installations. This is great because you can speak with the same person every time. You will be given your technicians landline telephone number, mobile telephone number and E-mail address. Your technician will know your network inside and out so you won’t have to waste time trying to explain things about your network to somebody who doesn’t know you!

Your dedicated account manager will be responsible for keeping you happy with the level of service you are receiving. Your account manager will project manage your orders from consultation, to completed installation so you can rest assured that we will do what we say we will do. Every support customer also benefits from a free IT consultation every 6 months from their dedicated account manager to see how things are going
